Shipping & Delivery
Orders will generally ship within three business days however some orders can take 5-7 business days of the original order date. If products are required within a specific time period, please get in touch with us to coordinate shipping details and costs. Items that are not in stock will be back-ordered. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless other expedited arrangements are made. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted for items that have been damaged upon delivery or if the incorrect items were shipped. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA Number which will be provided to you upon request. Orders that are cancelled prior to any items being shipped will incur a 25% restocking fee. Orders that have been shipped or partially shipped and are cancelled will incur a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping to and from delivery location.
