Order Processing
Orders normally ship within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This timeframe refers to order processing and does not include shipping transit time.
Some items may require additional processing time due to seasonal demand, product availability, market conditions, or other circumstances. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location, and carrier conditions. Please allow for both order processing time and transit time when planning your purchase.
Time-Sensitive Orders
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated shipping timing. Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten order processing time unless arrangements have been confirmed by EdsBox.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Orders that are cancelled prior to any items being shipped will incur a 25% restocking fee. Orders that have been shipped or partially shipped and are cancelled will incur a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping to and from delivery location.
